Deliveries & Conditions of Ordering

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 14 DAYS FOR DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA. 

You warrant that you are over 18 years of age.

Please refer to our delivery page regarding rate for delivery to your area.  We offer a flat delivery rate throughout Australia irrespective of the quantity of wines being ordered - see the delivery page for the rate to your area.

Any deliveries requiring redelivery, or redirection from an address provided by yourself to a new address provided by the recipient, will incur an additional charge.

Please note not all products are available in store. If you wish to buy any product in store please call beforehand to ensure stocks are available. All stock subject to availability and increases in government charges and wholesale prices.

We endeavour to ensure that the vintages stated on our website are correct at all times however if a new vintage arrives, we will notify before shipping any vintage changes.  Please contact us on Callaghanstreet@outlook.com if you wish to check on any vintage.

You accept the risk that occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose. East coast deliveries should be delivered within 4 business days and regional areas within 8 business days. As we outsource our delivery occasionally there may be delays outside our control. Occasionally we may be out of stock of a particular item and might need to source from a supplier.
